About Event

Swayam Siddhi College of Management and Research will host its management festival, Rupantaran on 31ST January AND 1ST feb 2015, Saturday and Sunday. The festival will not just be a great opportunity for students of Swayam Siddhi College; it will also be a great platform for colleges from Thane district, Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. This two-day management festival will start from January 31st. There will be events on Management, Music, Dance, Sports, and General Knowledge where students can participate. Last year Rupantaran held in January 2013 achieved a great success with 60 colleges participating across Thane district, Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. There were around 5000 participants.

List of Management Events: Ad- Mad Show is an event of advertising where participants come out with innovative advertisements , Quizzopia( Business Quiz) is business related quiz ,Are you the Best Manager is an corporate selection process, Dimag ki Velocity (Fast & Furious),Dimag Ki Batti Jalao (Brain Storming) is an brainstorming session ,Bol Bacchan (Jam Master),Beg Borrow Steal, Brand Housie ,Mock Stock is live stock exchange game,Boardroom Event is round table discussion at CEO Level, Tol Mol Ke Bol (Debate), Case Study (Talaash),Kahaani (Innovative Story), One Minute Show List of Cultural Events: Fashion Show is the most awaited event. Dance, Standup comedy, Singing, Street Play,Mahendi,Tattoo Making are also events in this section. List of Sports Events Tug of War, Carrom, Box Cricket,Volley Ball,Chess,Dart (Nishane Baji),Table Tennis are various sports where students participate at large scale. Other Events War of DJs, PC Gaming, Photography, T-Shirt Painting, Rock Band are other events. The highlight of this festival is a performance by a Salsa Dance and a fashion show which students in the college are eagerly waiting. Such festivals make sure that the students get to showcase their managerial skills as they organise these events and also get a chance to showcase their artistic skills in such festivals.
